Carriers and tracking
We ship with national postal services and courier partners depending on destination and parcel weight. Every order gets a tracking number; parcels over a certain volume may travel as more than one parcel, each tracked separately at no extra cost.
Duties and import taxes
Where a destination charges import VAT or duties, they are shown and collected at checkout where our checkout supports it; otherwise the local carrier may collect them on delivery. We never mark parcels below value.
Address and lost parcels
Please double-check the shipping address — we can correct it free within 12 hours of ordering. If tracking shows delivery but the parcel is missing, contact us within 14 days: after a carrier inquiry we replace or refund. A lost parcel is our problem, not yours.
