1. Products and pricing
- Prices are in US dollars. Multi-pack tiers show the total for the bundle; the price you pay is the one displayed at checkout.
- Taxes and any import duties are shown at checkout where applicable; for some destinations local import VAT may be collected on delivery by the carrier.
- We may correct obvious pricing errors and adjust prices at any time; changes never affect orders already confirmed.
2. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the dispatch confirmation. If a product is out of stock after ordering, we will contact you and refund the affected item in full. We may cancel orders that look like fraud or resale abuse.
3. Shipping and returns
Shipping is free worldwide; dispatch times and carrier information are on our Shipping page. Returns follow our 30-day promise — those pages are part of these terms.
4. Proper use
Products are for consumer car care use as described on each product page. Follow the label instructions. Do not resell as your own brand, scrape the store, or interfere with its security.
5. Warranty and liability
We warrant that products match their description on the order date. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability per order is capped at the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
6. Intellectual property
Store content (text, layout, product photography) belongs to us and may not be copied for commercial use without written permission.
7. Law and changes
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rights of your country of residence. We may update these terms; the version in force when you order applies to that order.
